About Us

Owned and operated by Petoskey locals, Vine Ride specializes in small group tours of Petoskey area wineries. We adore our community and love to show off its growing wine industry!

When you book a wine tour with us, know that your safety and comfort are top priority. From the intentional design of our 9-passenger van, to our assortment of complimentary snacks and other amenities, to sharing our local knowledge with guests–details matter.

Vine Ride is fully insured, licensed, and authorized by the State of Michigan to provide commercial transportation.

Meet the Owners

2017-05-309521.07.42JEFF | Jeff leads our wine tours. Originally from Mississippi, he will have you saying “y’all” in no time. (Seriously, it rolls off the tongue so much easier than “you all” or “you guys.”) Prior to launching Vine Ride, Jeff honed his business acumen and customer service skills through 20+ years of retail sales management and a business degree from Western Kentucky University. When he’s not leading tours, Jeff loves the great outdoors. He’s backpacked and traveled through 47 U.S. states and 3 Canadian provinces. Locally, you’ll catch him gardening, cooking global cuisine, singing with Little Traverse Choral Society and volunteering with STRIVE–a teen mentorship program for Petoskey High School students.

kassiaKASSIA | Kassia leads our internal operations. A northern Michigan native, she returned to her roots after a decade spent working for a U.S. President, a pod of beluga whales, and country musician Willie Nelson. Really! Yet none of those unusual experiences compare to the pleasure of viewing a Petoskey “million dollar” sunset. In addition to Vine Ride, Kassia works for a local nonprofit and is very involved in community affairs. She is a member of the Petoskey Rotary Club, as well as a past participant of Leadership Little Traverse and Petoskey Citizens Academy. Kassia holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University.
